- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong people and process management capabilities.
- Ability to manage, engage, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Good delegation, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in process improvement and change management is an advantage.
