Associate Director - Product (App)

What you'll own

You'll lead product for the entire NoiseFit app, not a slice of it. That means:

Core Experience

• End-to-end app experience across health, fitness, wellness, engagement, and connected device features.
• Activation and onboarding in the first seven days that determine whether a user stays.
• Daily habit loops—the features and nudges that bring someone back every morning.
• Health intelligence layer—turning raw sensor data into insights users can actually act upon.
• AI/ML-driven personalization through contextual coaching, adaptive goals, and smarter recommendations.

Growth & Business

• Retention architecture including streaks, challenges, community and reward systems.
• Monetization opportunities including subscriptions, premium experiences and ecosystem partnerships.
• Experimentation culture through A/B testing, funnel analysis and rapid iteration.
• Device-to-app experience connecting what happens on the wrist with what happens on the phone.
• Cross-functional leadership across Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Hardware teams.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of consumer product management experience and a proven record of building and scaling B2C mobile products.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who:

• Thinks about user emotion as much as user flow.
• Is deeply comfortable with product analytics using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar.
• Ships fast, experiments constantly, and makes data-backed decisions.
• Has exceptional product taste and strong design instincts.
• Can move seamlessly between product vision and execution.
• Is genuinely curious about Indian consumers and how they build long-term habits.
• Wants to solve difficult consumer problems at massive scale.

Why this role, why now

• The scale is immediate: Your first feature reaches tens of millions of users. There is no "build the audience first" phase.
• The category is still being written: Health-tech in India is still in its early innings. You'll help define what the category becomes.
• Hardware meets software: With Bose as a strategic investor and a world-class hardware team, you'll build products at the intersection of wearables, AI, health intelligence and consumer technology.
• Real ownership: You'll define strategy, execute it and see the impact quickly. High trust. High accountability. Fast decisions.
• A team that ships: Noise has grown from a startup into India's leading wearable brand by moving quickly and staying obsessed with product quality.
