IT Support Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for supporting end users and a proven track record in IT support. In this role, you will provide technical support to a diverse group of internal customers, from frontline employees to senior managers. You will help ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment, with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and service tailored to the needs of each user.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users at all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Perform hardware imaging, device deployments, and application updates.
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online environments.
- Manage Active Directory objects, including users, groups, and computers.
- Deliver responsive support to remote users to keep them connected and productive.
- Document processes and contribute to user education, particularly for non-technical users.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets through Jira Service Management ticketing system.
Your Experience and Skills
- 4+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with help desk tools and basic networking concepts.
- Advanced English speaking skills, fluent Spanish (Catalan is a big plus)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different user groups.
- A customer-focused, team-oriented approach, with experience supporting senior managers and executives.
- Availability to work on-site five days per week.
- Eligible to work legally in Spain (permanent residency/free access to the market).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or Azure.
- Experience supporting users in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Jira.
Travel and Physical Requirements
- Travel: up to 5%.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
