Senior CRM Data Analyst - Customer Intelligence

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Senior CRM Data Analyst / Customer Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360). The role will focus on customer data quality, CRM analytics, customer intelligence, and translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Mandatory Skills:

- Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) - Advanced hands-on experience

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

- Adobe Analytics

- Tableau

- Strong SQL skills

- Experience with large-scale customer datasets

- Experience with Snowflake or other data warehouses

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the SME for Salesforce Data Cloud (D360).

- Monitor customer data quality, identity resolution, profile unification, attributes, audiences, and segmentation.

- Investigate customer data discrepancies, audience mismatches, and reporting issues.

- Identify data quality gaps and recommend corrective actions.

- Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle, engagement, retention, and purchase trends.

- Develop customer segmentation, audience, affinity, and customer value analyses.

- Evaluate CRM campaigns and customer journeys.

- Use Adobe Analytics to analyze digital behavior, conversion, engagement, and customer journeys.

- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for CRM, Marketing, Product, and E-commerce teams.

- Develop automated reporting solutions and ensure consistency across reporting platforms.

- Collaborate with CRM, Data Engineering, Product, E-commerce, Digital, and Commercial teams.

- Translate technical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations.

Required Experience:

- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360).

- Strong knowledge of customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience creation.

- Proven experience in troubleshooting customer data quality issues.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Tableau.

- Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.

- Experience working with Snowflake/data warehouses.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
