Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer / Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
The role is responsible for designing, deploying, automating, and supporting available application platforms while driving DevOps best practices across development and operations teams.
The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in cloud platforms, container orchestration, deployment automation, infrastructure management, monitoring, and release management.
2. Key Responsibilities :
The candidate will be responsible for :
- Designing, implementing, and managing DevOps solutions across cloud and container platforms.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Managing Kubernetes-based container orchestration platforms.
- Supporting Docker Enterprise and containerized application environments.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Managing AWS cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
- Ensuring platform availability, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborating with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Supporting release management activities and production deployments.
- Monitoring application and infrastructure health and resolving operational issues.
- Implementing DevOps best practices, standards, and reusable automation frameworks.
3. Mandatory Skills :
3.1 DevOps & Containerization :
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices and container technologies.
- 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Kubernetes
- Docker Enterprise
- Container orchestration
- Application deployment automation
- DevOps process implementation
- Environment automation and standardization
4. Cloud Platform AWS :
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including deployment, operations, and monitoring.
Key AWS services required :
- EC2
- IAM
- S3
- CloudWatch
- Lambda
- AWS deployment and monitoring
- Cloud infrastructure management
- Cloud security and access control basics
5. CI/CD & Automation :
The candidate should be able to design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
Required skills include :
- GitHub Actions / GitHub CI/CD
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Deployment automation
- Release management
- Build and deployment pipeline management
- Automated environment provisioning
- Version control and branching strategy understanding
6. Infrastructure & Platform Administration :
The candidate should have experience managing infrastructure and platform environments across operating systems and container platforms.
Experience required in :
- Linux / Unix administration
- Windows Server administration
- Kubernetes platforms
- Container platforms
- Server configuration and troubleshooting
- Platform patching, support, and maintenance
7. Application Servers :
The candidate should have knowledge of administration, configuration, and deployment on application/web servers.
Experience with :
- WebLogic
- WebSphere
- Tomcat
- Nginx
- Application deployment and troubleshooting
- Server configuration and performance tuning
8. Monitoring :
The candidate should have experience in application, infrastructure, and cloud monitoring.
Required monitoring experience :
- Application monitoring
