We are currently seeking a Developer or Technical Lead (Niche or Regular), Cloud Consultants, QA Tester, QA Lead, Data Migratio to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Experience: 4+ years of Salesforce QA experience
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Salesforce QA to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by designing test strategies, executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Design
- Review business requirements, specifications, and technical documents to create comprehensive test plans.
- Design and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
Test Execution
- Execute manual and/or automated test cases across multiple platforms and environments.
- Validate user flows, edge cases, and end to end scenarios.
- Document test results and report issues clearly and concisely.
Defect Tracking & Quality Management
- Log defects with detailed reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues.
- Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure product stability.
