We are currently seeking a Technology Consultant - Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Development, Solution Design, Technical Leadership, OmniStudio, Integrations, and Salesforce Architecture. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading Salesforce development teams, driving technical decisions, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across the complete development lifecycle.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, integrations, deployment processes, and Salesforce security frameworks. The role will work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, Developers, and Stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Day to Day Job Duties

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Salesforce development teams.
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and integrations to ensure quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Design and develop reusable Lightning Web Components, Apex frameworks, integration components, and automation solutions.
• Design and configure OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security requirements, platform constraints, and performance best practices.
• Guide teams on the appropriate use of declarative versus programmatic solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, record types, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to development teams.
• Lead technical estimations, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery planning activities.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, release validation, hypercare, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on source control, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployment strategies.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and design challenges and drive mitigation plans.
• Communicate solution approaches, technical recommendations, and implementation considerations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform Development and Technical Design.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce automation.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, Security Framework, and Governor Limits.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP-based integrations.
• Experience leading development teams and technical delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Integrations, OmniStudio, and Salesforce Configuration.
• Experience leading technical design discussions and code review activities.
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding Salesforce development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical delivery from design through deployment and stabilization.
