Project Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization of cross-functional strategies
• Professional communication - both internally, in the team, and externally, with decision-makers up to the executive-management level
• Development of business models, business plans, and portfolio, positioning and marketing strategies
• Analyses of market, competition and best practices
• Evaluations of the economic efficiency of business models/strategies and potential investment targets, all the way to due diligence
• Project management and coordination of internal and external teams
• Professional and personal mentoring of younger colleagues

Qualifications

• Completed diploma studies or master’s degree in business administration, economics or similar concentration, with exceptional performance; MBA or doctoral degree desirable
• Several years of experience at the senior level, preferably in strategy consulting
• Solid knowledge of trends, technologies and models in the field of digitalization (lean start-up, design thinking, etc.), as well as knowledge of mergers and acquisitions
• The ability to break down complex issues, derive concrete, strategic courses of action from them, and implement these courses of action
• Leadership potential and confident demeanor
• The ability to build long-term client relationships and acquire new clients
• Very good knowledge of project management and agile project management methods, as well as of MS Office
• Business fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken)
