Job Description
As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you will work closely with our executive management, serving as the link between leadership, consulting teams, and external partners. You will steer our strategic agenda: from refining key questions and preparing decision-making processes to full execution.
You will independently drive your initiatives to results and report directly to executive management.
Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff (m/f/d) at Nunatak, we will entrust you with the following tasks:
Serve as a sparring partner to executive management on strategic issues, refining options and presenting them ready for decision-making
Analyze market, competitive, and company data in a structured manner, deriving business cases and decision templates from it
Prepare executive management meetings in terms of content, ranging from briefings for internal and external discussions to the corresponding presentations
Lead key internal projects independently across department boundaries- from new consulting offerings to location and partner topics, as well as organizational direction-setting
Take ownership of the content of our leadership cadence: leadership meetings, OKR and goal-setting processes, steering metrics, and the consistent follow-through on decisions
Drive our own AI and process agenda: automating recurring workflows, evaluating tools, and organizing internal enablement
Act as a central interface to coordinate between executive management, teams, and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear priorities
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Chief of Staff, in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role working closely with executive management
Strong analytical skills: highly proficient in Excel, building business cases, and translating insights into clear presentations
Proven track record of not just coordinating projects, but bringing them to completion alongside experienced stakeholders Confidence and poise in collaborating with executive management and senior leaders
Experience in navigating and prioritizing the needs of multiple internal stakeholders A hands-on mindset and practical experience with AI tools and automation
Business fluency in both German and English
