We are looking for someone who can bridge deep technological expertise with business impact at all times and actively drive our clients’ AI transformation.

Responsibilities

• AI Solutions & Product Development: You develop innovative AI applications (ML & GenAI), from initial strategy and prototyping through to production-ready solutions. In doing so, you advance both client projects and the development of new offerings within our Lab.
• Hands-on Data Engineering & Architecture: You design and build scalable data pipelines and architectures in modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), creating the foundation for AI applications.
• Strategic Analysis & Modeling: You analyze complex, unstructured data and processes, derive the basis for strategic decisions, and prepare insights in a management-ready format.
• Translation & Storytelling: You act as the bridge between tech and business. You translate complex data and model results into clear, understandable formats (e.g., dashboards) and present them in a compelling way.
• Project Ownership: You take responsibility for your own workstreams, manage agile processes, and collaborate closely and in partnership with our clients.

Qualifications

• Tech Fluency: Terms like LangChain, PyTorch, API, and VertexAI are second nature to you, you don’t need to ask ChatGPT what they mean. You know how to apply AI tools and methods in practice to implement (agentic) AI applications.
• Consulting Mindset: You have gained initial experience in management consulting or in comparable client-facing roles. You think strategically but also enjoy getting hands-on and implementing solutions yourself.
• Soft Skills: You are a strong communicator with a natural tinkerer’s mindset, curious by nature, and equipped with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Coding & Data Skills: You are proficient in Python and relevant frameworks. You have solid data management skills and feel at home in cloud environments.
• Languages: You are fluent in both German and English.
• Academic Background: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field with a technical focus.
