Interview Engineer

We are hiring an Interview Engineer for a company in Jaipur. Our Client is growing its community of Interview Engineers, experienced software developers who conduct structured technical interviews for engineering teams around the world. Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-free platform.
• Assess candidates' coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving approach.
• Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate's performance.
• Help refine interview content and processes over time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer / Engineer (strict requirement: applications below 5 years will not be considered).
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with a professional, candidate-friendly manner.
• A reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a plus.
