AI Revenue Engineer - HubSpot, Agents & LLMs (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You design, implement, and optimize AI-native Revenue Operations solutions built on HubSpot Sales Hub, Revenue Hub, and Data Hub.
• You architect scalable lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash processes that combine CRM, customer intelligence, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
• You build and configure advanced HubSpot environments, including workflows, custom objects, reporting frameworks, CPQ processes, and revenue management capabilities.
• You design customer intelligence architectures that establish a trusted foundation for revenue operations, forecasting, and AI-powered automation.
• You leverage Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, and other LLM technologies to create intelligent workflows, copilots, and autonomous revenue processes.
• You design and deploy Agentic AI solutions and HubSpot Agents for prospecting, opportunity management, account intelligence, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
• You build autonomous workflows that combine CRM data, business logic, and AI-powered reasoning to improve commercial performance.
• You collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• You contribute to solution architecture decisions, technical best practices, and the development of OMMAX's AI-native Revenue Operations offering.
• You support knowledge sharing and help establish best practices across Revenue Operations, HubSpot, and AI implementations.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 3-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, sales operations, revenue systems, GTM systems engineering, or related disciplines.
• You have proven hands-on experience implementing HubSpot in complex B2B environments.
• You possess deep expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub and strong experience with Revenue Hub and Data Hub.
• You understand lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, revenue governance, and commercial process optimization.
• You have hands-on experience with modern AI-native Engineering, including Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or comparable frameworks.
• You understand Generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG, tool calling, Agentic AI concepts, and AI-powered workflow design.
• You have experience building AI assistants, agents, copilots, or autonomous workflows for business applications.
• You are familiar with HubSpot AI capabilities and HubSpot Agents.
• You have experience integrating CRM, ERP, customer data, and AI platforms through APIs.
• You have knowledge of workflow orchestration and automation platforms, particularly Make (by Celonis).
• You are comfortable working with client stakeholders and translating business requirements into scalable system architectures.
• You are fluent in German and English; additional local language skills are a plus.
