(Senior) Salesforce Solution Architect - Data 360 / Agentforce (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You design enterprise Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI solution architectures that enable scalable customer engagement and AI-driven business processes.
• You translate client business requirements into secure, scalable, and future-proof Salesforce solution architectures.
• You define integration architectures connecting Salesforce with enterprise AI, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
• You lead architecture decisions around Data Cloud, Agentforce, CRM, customer data platforms, and AI-powered automation.
• You collaborate closely with engineering and client teams to ensure successful implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• You advise client stakeholders on Salesforce architecture, AI adoption, platform governance, and long-term technology strategy.
• You contribute reusable architecture patterns, implementation accelerators, and best practices across OMMAX's Salesforce capability.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring several years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, CRM transformation, enterprise data architecture, or technical consulting.
• You have strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Data Cloud / Data 360, and Agentforce.
• You are familiar with customer data models, system integration, APIs, cloud platforms, data governance, AI-enabled automation, and enterprise architecture principles.
• You have a strong understanding of CRM, CDP, marketing automation, customer 360, lead management, service automation, and AI-driven business processes.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
