Forward Deployed AI Strategist (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You work directly with client executives, operators, and technical teams to identify where AI can change decisions, workflows, products, and business performance.
• You own the path from ambiguous strategic problem to deployed solution, shaping use cases, success metrics, solution concepts, implementation roadmaps, and adoption models.
• You embed with client teams to understand operational realities and rapidly test assumptions through prototypes, pilots, and direct user feedback.
• You bridge business and engineering by translating strategic priorities into clear technical requirements and helping delivery teams make pragmatic trade-offs.
• You drive alignment across executives, domain experts, data owners, technology teams, governance functions, and end users.
• You track whether deployed solutions create real value and use field evidence to refine the strategy, operating model, and next wave of AI initiatives.
• You turn client learnings into reusable playbooks, offerings, and market insights and support strategic business development for OMMAX.

What we require:

• You hold a completed university degree with excellent academic performance in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have gained first professional experience in data management, analytics, digital transformation, or consulting.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy solving complex, open-ended challenges.
• You have hands-on experience with SQL and Python as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• You are familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and modern data platforms.
• You communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way and enjoy working closely with clients and stakeholders.
• You bring a proactive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset and thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
