(Senior) MLOps Engineer (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You own the production lifecycle of machine learning and AI systems, enabling teams to move from experimentation to reliable, monitored, and repeatable operation.
• You work with AI engineers, data scientists, platform teams, and client stakeholders to design deployment pathways that fit real technical and governance constraints.
• You build automated pipelines for training, evaluation, release, serving, monitoring, rollback, and continuous improvement of models and LLM-based systems.
• You implement observability for model quality, data drift, system performance, usage, cost, and business-relevant outcomes.
• You create secure and reproducible environments using cloud-native infrastructure, containers, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• You resolve production issues and improve operational resilience through disciplined incident learning, automation, and platform engineering.
• You contribute reusable MLOps patterns, standards, and accelerators that improve AI delivery across OMMAX projects.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• You have 3-6 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or machine learning engineering.
• You have hands-on experience operationalising machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• You have strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
• You have experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You are familiar with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
