Analytics Manager

The Analytics Manager will lead all aspects of a cross-functional analytics team responsible for delivering data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions, sales performance, marketing efficiency, and customer growth initiatives. This role works in close coordination with business units to identify key challenges, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership, advanced analytical expertise, and hands-on experience with modern data, reporting, visualization, and AI-powered analytics tools.

The Impact You’ll Have:

• Lead a diverse analytics group, providing strategic oversight and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that drive business performance.
• Influence key business decisions through sales and performance reporting, marketing analytics, dealer and customer insights, dashboard development, and strategic ad hoc analyses.
• Improve customer experience, retention, and overall business outcomes by uncovering trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytical needs, solve complex business challenges, and answer critical business questions.
• Serve as a trusted analytics advisor, translating data into meaningful recommendations for leadership and business partners.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals while overseeing project execution and deliverable quality.
• Develop and deliver:
• Sales and business performance reporting
• Marketing program measurement and analytics
• Dealer and customer analytics
• Executive dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strategic ad hoc analyses
• Analyze business performance, key KPIs, BPR metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness, including incremental sales, profitability, and ROI.
• Meet directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Query, integrate, and manipulate large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Automate processes and leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and accelerate analysis.
• Build customer profiles, forecasting models, and other analytical solutions to support business strategy.
• Create executive-ready presentations, visualizations, and reports that clearly communicate insights.
• Present findings to clients, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

• 6 to 8+ years of analytics leadership experience, including people management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in sales and marketing performance measurement and business performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including:
• Data wrangling and transformation
• Data quality management
• Data modeling
• Statistical analysis
• Reporting and visualization
• Advanced proficiency with:
• BigQuery
• SQL
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Alteryx
• Power BI
• Qlik
• Microsoft Office Suite
• AI-powered analytics and productivity tools
• Experience querying, joining, manipulating, and automating data processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to business needs in a timely manner.
• Subject matter expertise in an analytics specialty area.
• Experience with customer profiling, forecasting, and predictive modeling.

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have):

• Automotive service and parts industry knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.
