Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features and systems.
  • Work across backend, infrastructure, APIs, AI integrations, and product workflows.
  • Develop and improve LLM/AI-powered capabilities and agentic systems.
  • Translate ambiguous product ideas into scalable technical solutions.
  • Make pragmatic engineering decisions with a strong bias toward execution.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to define priorities.
  • Own systems in production, including reliability, performance, and iteration speed.

Requirements:

  • Strong engineering fundamentals in computer science, systems design, and software architecture.
  • Experience working with LLMs, AI systems, or modern AI tooling.
  • Ability to build and ship complete systems independently.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with first-principles thinking.
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution speed.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and product intuition.
  • Experience with modern backend frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.
