The Role
We are hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for the Dutch-speaking market: building pipeline, running discovery and demos with support and CX leaders, shaping business cases, and closing enterprise deals. You will work closely with our founders, Customer Engineering, and Customer Success to turn interest into successful, referenceable customers.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts in the Dutch-speaking market.
- Run discovery calls and product demos with support, CX, and operations leaders.
- Work with Customer Engineering to scope solutions and proofs of concept.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Feed what you learn from prospects back into the product team.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Native or professional fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
- 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable selling to enterprise stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Excellent English communication: clear writing and confident speaking with enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup: speed, customer impact, and getting things done.
