The Role
We are hiring a RevOps Specialist to own our go-to-market systems and data. You will keep HubSpot clean and reliable, build the reporting the team runs on, and automate the busywork out of our sales, marketing, and customer success motion.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain HubSpot: pipelines, properties, workflows, and data hygiene.
- Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Automate lead routing, enrichment, and handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our tool stack.
- Document processes and help the team use our systems well.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar systems role.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, properties, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong spreadsheet and data skills; comfortable untangling messy CRM data.
- Process-minded and organized; you leave systems cleaner than you found them.
- Excellent English communication: clear writing and confident speaking.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup: speed, customer impact, and getting things done.
