Sales Specialist (B2B)

Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting, preferably within a digital marketing agency or B2B environment. Previous experience selling to or working with the automotive sector (dealerships, workshops, or automotive service providers) is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident phone manner. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and lead generation targets. Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar to manage sales activities. Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable learning and presenting digital marketing solutions, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and lead generation services. Core responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to automotive businesses to generate qualified sales opportunities. Identify and engage key decision-makers, including dealership owners, general managers, and marketing managers. Introduce the agency's digital marketing services, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to the automotive industry. Qualify prospects by assessing their current marketing strategies, business needs, and readiness to engage. Schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Accurately record all interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities within the CRM system. Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, appointment-setting, and lead generation KPIs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide market feedback
