B2B Marketing Manager

We have the supply - a verified, on-demand global workforce and a growing roster of business clients. What we do not have yet is a brand, a positioning, or a repeatable way to grow. That is what this role is for.

You start with something real and build the commercial layer on top of it. No playbook. Some ambiguity. A lot of ownership.

In this role, you’ll:

• Define positioning, messaging framework, and tone of voice. Work with design to shape the visual identity.
• Translate what the product does into what businesses want to hear. Turn real technical capabilities into clear B2B solutions that make sense to a marketing director or a founder.
• Own the B2B website end-to-end. Write the copy, structure the landing pages, and get it live. Then keep improving it based on what the data tells you.
• Figure out where our B2B buyers actually spend their time - LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach - and build the go-to-market motion to reach them.
• Set up the lead generation engine. Content marketing, targeted outreach, paid experiments. The goal is to get the right people into the pipeline.
• Produce content that builds credibility before the first sales call: blog posts, whitepapers, success stories.
• Create the sales materials the team actually needs to have better conversations - decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Work closely with the product owner, business development, marketing specialists, and other team members. Small team. Short feedback loops. Your work will be seen and used immediately.

Your skills & experience:

• 3+ years in B2B marketing - SaaS, AdTech, or tech services preferred
• You have launched something before. A product, a brand, a GTM motion. You know what zero-to-one looks like when it is not going well, and you know how to fix it.
• Comfortable writing B2B copy across different formats - website pages, outreach emails, longer-form content.
• You understand how B2B inbound actually works. Content that generates leads, not just traffic.
• You are okay not having everything figured out from day one. Some ambiguity is part of the job, and that does not put you off.
• Familiar with CRM, CMS, and analytics tools.
