Product Designer

Perion's Israel-based product teams are growing, and design needs to grow with them. This role exists to embed senior design expertise directly into local Product and Engineering squads, ensuring that complex product challenges are met with clear thinking, strong craft, and consistent execution. You'll own significant product initiatives end-to-end, help shape how design integrates into the development process earlier and more effectively, and serve as a key bridge between our Israel and Montréal design teams. It's a hands-on role with real influence over the products we ship and the systems we build on.

What you'll be doing

• Own the design of complex product initiatives from discovery through to production-ready specs, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams based between Israel and Montreal
• Map user flows and define information architecture for sophisticated, data-heavy workflows, translating business and technical requirements into intuitive product experiences
• Create high-fidelity mockups, design specifications, and interactive prototypes that are ready for developer handoff and stakeholder review
• Participate in product discovery, planning, and refinement sessions to ensure design is involved early and continuously throughout the development lifecycle
• Conduct design QA during implementation to ensure the shipped experience matches the intended design, catching inconsistencies before they reach users
• Apply the shared design system consistently across your work, and identify opportunities to extend or improve it when existing components and patterns don't meet product needs
• Coordinate with the Montréal design team to maintain cross-team consistency, reduce duplicated efforts, and contribute to a unified design direction

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with at least 3 years in a product-focused role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment
• Previous experience translating complex technical or business requirements into clear, user-centered designs, from discovery through to production
• Proven proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and prototyping
• Previous experience working with and contributing to a shared design system, with a strong understanding of design tokens, components, and patterns
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the full product development lifecycle, including design QA
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex and sometimes ambiguous design initiatives within a distributed, cross-functional environment
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Previous experience in AdTech or another complex, data-heavy B2B environment
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and the ability to design inclusive, WCAG-aligned experiences
