Technical Account Manager (IL)

Perion's publisher network is growing, and so is the complexity of managing it well. We're scaling our premium publisher relationships across display, CTV, video, and mobile app while pushing into new markets, and we need someone who can do both at once: deepen existing partnerships and build new ones from the ground up. Based in Tel Aviv (hybrid, three days minimum in office), this role sits at the heart of how Perion's supply business performs, connecting premium publishers to the outcomes they care about.

What you'll be doing

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of publishers across display, CTV, video, and mobile app, serving as their primary point of contact across onboarding, optimization, and growth
• Drive adoption of Perion's supply path ad products and dashboards across your publisher portfolio, ensuring partners are getting full value from the platform
• Identify and act on upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, bringing new Perion products and formats to publishers who are ready for them
• Troubleshoot technical and creative issues as they arise, including bid requests, win rates, bid caching, pricing, and fee structures, working cross-functionally with product and dev ops to resolve them
• Analyze performance reports regularly to surface insights, flag risks early, and make recommendations that improve publisher outcomes and Perion's supply quality
• Build senior-level relationships within publisher organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their business, not just their account

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of Proven experience in account management, publisher success, or business development at a media company, agency, or publisher 
• Previous experience working with in programmatic space, including familiarity with header bidding, bid dynamics, SSPs & DSPs, and supply path optimization
• Prior experience managing mobile app publishers or working within the mobile app advertising ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously, with a clear focus on organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting and analytics platforms
• Prior experience with Jira or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with Jounce Media and SPO industry standards
• Previous experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
• Working knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level or above
