Join Powerdot, a fast-growing company in the EV charging industry. As a Senior GTM Manager, you will identify and materialize new partnership-led growth opportunities in France. You will own a portfolio of new business opportunities, build clear business cases, design partnership propositions, set targets, run tests, and coordinate with various teams. You will also create repeatable methods for evaluating new opportunities and ensure a smooth handover when a validated opportunity becomes a scalable business.
Missions
- Identifying and materializing new partnership-led growth opportunities in France, from analysis to action.
- Owning a portfolio of new business opportunities in France, from initial hypothesis through validation and growth.
- Building clear business cases for new sectors and partner types, grounded in customer need and commercial economics.
Profil recherché
- Languages: Native French and fluent English- Seniority: 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
- Also valuable:
- You have opened new categories or partnerships from scratch rather than working only from an established pipeline
- You can set a high bar for how opportunities are designed, tested and evaluated without needing formal people-management responsibility
- Experience in EV charging, energy or mobility
- You have worked in top-tier consulting or in an operating role at a fast-growing company where the commercial model was still evolving
- You bring pattern recognition across several sectors or partnership models
- You are highly data-driven and can explain whether an initiative created value
- Experience building new commercial models in a scale-up
- Relationships or experience across consumer services, financial services, automotive, leasing, retail, utilities or fleet in France
- You can structure a deal and understand its economics, not simply source a partner
- You are comfortable stopping your own idea when the evidence does not support it
- You lead and listen. Whether you're steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open
- You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected
