Join Powerdot, a fast-growing electric vehicle charging network, as a Special Projects Coordinator. In this hands-on role, you will lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives across our France & Belgium operations. You will take ownership of complex topics from problem definition through execution and measurable results. Your first major project will be supporting our response to cable theft, a key operational priority. You will also take on other strategic and operational projects, improve existing processes, build automations, and help create more scalable and efficient ways of working.
Missions
- Coordination and management of cross-functional projects, particularly focusing on cable theft response.
- Ownership of complex topics from problem definition through execution and measurable results.
- Analysis of operational data to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
Profil recherché
- Languages: Native French and fluent English- Seniority: 2-3 years of relevant experience
- You can structure a partnership proposal and think through its practical and commercial implications
- You have experience in consulting or in an operating role at a fast-growing scale-up
- You are comfortable opening conversations where no established relationship or inbound pipeline exists
- You are comfortable experimenting, learning quickly and stopping ideas that do not work
- You are able to navigate both operational and commercial environments with ease and and enjoy having a mutli-fasceted role within the firm
- You are organised, proactive and able to coordinate several teams without losing ownership
- You are an automation kingpin and inefficiency is your arch-enemy
- You are analytical and can connect your work to measurable business outcomes
