• Via a mixture of on-the-job training, focused skillsdevelopmentand formalized training, you will accumulate and apply knowledge on Power Platform tools (such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and business analysis techniques.

• You will activelyparticipatein meetings to understand the businessrequirementsand you willutilizeproblem-solving skills toidentifyclient pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.

• You will support the analysis of the current processes and future needs, the creation and evaluation of userstoriesand theimplementationplanning and respective documentation.

• You will support the interpretation of functional requirements and user stories into technical designs for end-to-end web solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

• You will be part of the team that will build low-code web-based applications and components, using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps (model driven and canvas),Power Automate and Copilot Studio to provide an integrated end-to-end user experience.

• You will install and configure data gateways and implement solutions using multiple data sources (e.g.: SharePoint, Office 360, Dataverse).

• You will communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to internal customers, team leads, and team members.

• You willascertainthe flawless operation of the solution byparticipatingin the UAT (e.g.: review user experience, process flow integrations, power automation integrations),identifyingpotentialissuesand debugging or implementing new functionalities.

• You will take responsibility for the tool maintenance andwill assistin the practical operation ofprocesses,where needed.

• You will take part in the development of detailed, structured,transparentand complete documentation deliverables (e.g.business requirements, implementation plans, end userguides& manualsetc.) with the guidance of the senior members of the team.

What you bring matters

• Excellent academic record from a Greek or foreign top-tier university relevant to Computer Science, Mathematics,Engineeringor relevant discipline.

• Up to 2 years ofrelevant professional experience

• Fundamental knowledge in programming and web app development

• Strong business-to-technology translation skills toidentifyways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.

• Exposure to SharePoint, Database like MS SQL, basic experience with DevOps tools and familiarity withadditionalDTN technologies will be considered an asset

• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

• Creativity,flexibilityand ability to easily adapt and work in ambiguous situations

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills -both written and verbal in Greek and English language - and active listening skills

• A team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
