Qantas (ASX: QAN) is the flag carrier airline of Australia and one of the world's oldest continually operating aviation groups, headquartered in Mascot, Sydney. Founded in 1920 as Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services Limited (QANTAS), the enterprise has grown into Australia's largest domestic and international airline group. The company operates a dual-brand strategy serving two primary customer segments: full-service domestic, international, and regional operations under the core Qantas brand (including QantasLink), and low-cost carrier operations under Jetstar.

Building on more than 100 years of history and experience, QantasLink is a consolidated network of regional airlines that connects passengers and communities across Australia. QantasLink is made up of four subsidiary organisations - Eastern Airlines, Sunstate Airlines, National Jet Systems and Network Aviation. Operating as an end-to-end airline, QantasLink harnesses the strength of its regional partnerships and a strong sense of family, to provide meaningful career paths for its more than 2,500 people with opportunities that might take you to exciting destinations across QantasLink or the Qantas Group.

  • Challenge yourself and add real value to the Network Aviation Engineering team
  • Together we’ll ensure reliability, safety and operational performance of our fleet
  • Permanent full-time opportunity based at Perth Airport

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and RPT services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying. Working within the Fleet Reliability and Maintenance Programs team, you'll use operational and maintenance data to identify trends, solve complex engineering challenges and drive initiatives that improve aircraft and component performance while ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuing airworthiness of the fleet through the management of the Reliability Program and Approved Maintenance Program (AMP). You'll work closely with Engineering, Maintenance and operational stakeholders to develop reliability strategies, support maintenance decisions and implement improvements that minimise disruptions, improve on-time performance and optimise operating costs.

You'll have the opportunity to influence real outcomes by delivering data-driven insights, participating in Reliability Review Board activities and helping shape the future direction of fleet reliability across Network Aviation. If you're passionate about aviation engineering, continuous improvement and using analytics to solve operational challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll have -
