Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our staffing business. The role will involve sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate engagement, and ensuring successful joining and deployment as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client manpower requirements, job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and hiring targets.
Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, campus hiring, walk-ins, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations, and other client-specific criteria.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening and assess candidate suitability.
Share relevant profiles with the client/team
