Must-Have Skills
- Work as a Developer/Senior Developer in cloud-native application development using Agile methodologies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs and solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GoLang, and AWS.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with customer teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Development, Staging, and Production environments.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
- Leverage GenAI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity.
- Design and develop AI-powered agents, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value.
- Demonstrates an AI-first mindset in software development and engineering practices.
- Ability to create AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Experience or interest in developing AI-powered solutions using the AWS Bedrock ecosystem.
- Proactively leverages managed AI models and platforms to improve productivity and innovation.
- Balances delivery excellence with innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong team player with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset
- Mandatory requirement to work from the Customer Office in Pune.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Experience in GoLang development with a solid understanding of Go-based application architecture.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, SNS, SQS, and cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and relational databases (RDBMS).
- Good understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications across Development and Staging environments.
- Good Knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming concepts.
- Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and AI/Generative AI solution development.
- Exposure to additional cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
