You'll be responsible for turning ideas into action, collaborating with central marketing teams while taking ownership of local execution. This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, data-driven, creative, and eager to develop deep expertise in a fast-growing technology sector.

What You'll Be Doing

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, including Google Ads.
  • Support SEO initiatives and website conversion optimisation activities.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Use analytics and insights to continually refine and improve marketing effectiveness.

Customer & Content Marketing

  • Develop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Work directly with customers to create engaging marketing content that supports new business growth.
  • Support social media activity and content distribution across relevant channels.
  • Create and localise marketing campaigns tailored to the US market.
  • Develop sales enablement content and marketing collateral.

Partner & Channel Marketing

  • Support the growth of indirect sales channels through partner-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for partner acquisition and engagement.
  • Assist with the launch and promotion of new products and services through partner networks.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to support indirect growth objectives.

Website & Brand Management

  • Support the management and enhancement of the US Radius website.
  • Create and maintain product, campaign, and landing page content.
  • Ensure local marketing activity aligns with global brand standards.
  • Utilise design tools such as Canva to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Collaboration & Commercial Impact

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Central Marketing teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the telematics market, customer journey, and sales process.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute directly to ambitious growth targets across both direct and indirect channels.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • 2-5 years' marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, telecommunications, mobility, or related sectors.
  • Hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, PPC, social media, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience using data to measure performance and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute new ideas.

Desirable

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience creating customer stories, case studies, and sales enablement content.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
  • Experience within Telematics, Fleet Management, Mobility, IoT, or Connected Vehicle industries.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management.
