What You Will Do
- Manage material planning, inventory performance, and risks to meet inventory and financial targets.
- Analyze demand, supply, and inventory trends; develop actionable recommendations and escalate risks.
- Establish and maintain planning parameters, including MRP types, MOQs, lot sizes, and planning strategies.
- Support SIOP, inventory forecasting, purchased-parts forecasting, PIR management, and scenario planning.
- Develop and maintain inventory KPIs, PFEP, variance reporting, ABC segmentation, and executive insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, planning processes, reporting, and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in materials planning, supply chain, inventory management, operations, or a related field
- Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or other ERP/MRP and supply chain planning systems.
- Experience with inventory forecasting, optimization, or planning parameter management.
- Experience with SIOP/S&OP, financial planning, or E&O processes.
- Knowledge of MRP, PIRs, purchased-parts forecasting, PFEP, and ABC segmentation.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics/reporting tools.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or manufacturing environments.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
