About the role

The IT&D Senior BA Creative Tech, Oversees and implements all aspects of technology and digital for Marketing Creative Tech. This includes the Genesis Marketing program which designs, builds or adapts AI and GenAI solutions to re-invent functional work processes. S/He will be reporting to the IT&D Director Marketing & AI for Reckitt.

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with CGO, IMEX & IT&D teams to deliver the most effective solution for Marketing Content, Asset generation & Content Assessment while continuously seek opportunities with net new features or agents with standardization across marketing functions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, structured technology demand and functional specifications.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to refine product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Own backlog quality, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Plays a key coordination role between tech engineering team, platform teams and the business super user community for requirement translation and mapping to available features in Genesis Global solutions.
• Leading contributor to the product backlog grooming
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
• Support and guide development teams during delivery, ensuring requirements are correctly implemented.
• Lead UAT processes and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Drive best practices in business analysis, documentation, and ways of working within the team.
