Branch Manager

• Manage daily branch operations, including collections, deliveries and distribution.
• Lead, motivate and manage the branch team.
• Drive new business development and grow existing customer relationships.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets and profitability.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Manage costs and ensure targets and service-level agreements are met.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a management role within the courier, express or logistics industry.
• Proven experience managing branch operations and staff.
• A relevant qualification in Logistics, Business Management or a related field would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of courier operations, collections, deliveries and distribution processes.
• Experience managing budgets, operational costs and performance targets.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
