Business Development Executive SCS

• Drive the launch and growth of the new Clearing & Forwarding offering
• Identify and secure new business across imports, exports and international freight
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop a strong client pipeline
• Leverage your industry knowledge and network to generate opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and develop commercially viable logistics solutions
• Lead proposals, presentations, negotiations and deal closure
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and handover
• Identify opportunities to grow the broader logistics and supply chain offering

• 5+ years' experience in Business Development, External Sales or Solution Selling
• Strong practical knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding
• Experience across imports, exports, customs and international freight
• Exposure to ocean and/or air freight
• Existing industry relationships and a proven ability to generate new business
• Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
• A genuine hunter mentality and entrepreneurial approach
• Experience across warehousing, 3PL, distribution or supply chain will be advantageous
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or related field
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
