HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING MANAGER for a well-established growing concern, position based in the Camperdown area , KwaZulu-Natal. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Valid driver's license \/ own reliable vehicle. HR Degree or Diploma. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email \/ Internet). Advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills. Knowledge of HR Premier or VIP system is ESSENTIAL. 5yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position. Knowledge of EE and SDF is ESSENTIAL. Working knowledge of current labour legislation. Ability to reconcile for budgetary purposes. Salary processing experiences an added advantage. Working knowledge of BEE an added advantage. Duties include the responsibility for sourcing and\/or developing unique training courses and programs for the company and employees; dealing with department heads to determine training needs, implementing training programs and reviewing data from current and previous training programs.
