Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
Minimum 1-3 years of IT/ITS/IT Support. experience.
Newly graduated candidates with relevant IT knowledge and skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
Experience in IT Infrastructure/Network/ERP Support will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Basic knowledge of networking such as TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Microsoft 365/Active Directory will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of IT Security/Cybersecurity.
Experience in ERP/Business Application will be considered an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze and resolve basic IT problems.
