Обязанности:

  • Поддержка пользователей 1-го уровня;

  • Общение с пользователями

  • Первичная диагностика и устранение неполадок

  • Ведение заявок в системе обработки обращений HP OpenView

  • Пополнение базы знаний

  • Участие в IT проектах

  • Настройка оргехники, поблочный ремонт ПК

  • Обслуживание и администрирование рабочих станций

Требования:

  • Навыки диагностики и устранения неполадок с ПО/сетью/железом

  • Навыки общения и деловой переписки

  • Опыт работы от 1 года инженером технической поддержки (Helpdesk engineer/Service desk specialist)

  • Знания пассивного и активного сетевого оборудования

  • Пятидневная рабочая неделя, 9:15-17:00;
