En Rekluti buscamos iOS Developer para impulsar el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles nativas de alto rendimiento en nuestro cliente principal de México.

Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la experiencia digital de usuarios globales, la calidad técnica de nuestro ecosistema móvil y la evolución de nuestras soluciones interconectadas.

Tus principales desafíos

  • Liderar el diseño y la construcción de aplicaciones móviles nativas para la plataforma iOS, garantizando un código limpio, eficiente y altamente mantenible.

  • Implementar patrones de arquitectura sólidos (como MVC, MVP y MVVM) para asegurar la escalabilidad, modularidad y resiliencia de los sistemas móviles.

  • Consumir e integrar de manera eficiente servicios web RESTful y librerías clave del ecosistema (como Alamofire, Facebook SDK y Google Firebase, entre otras).

  • Gobernar el control de versiones y el ciclo de integración de código, gestionando de forma óptima merges, pull requests y la sincronización en plataformas como GitHub, Bitbucket o GitLab.

  • Colaborar activamente dentro de un equipo multidisciplinario bajo el marco ágil de Scrum, participando en las ceremonias y aportando valor al delivery continuo del equipo.

  • Asegurar la consistencia visual y de usabilidad, aplicando estrictamente los principios de diseño de interfaz de usuario de iOS y sus mejores prácticas globales.

Hard Skills:

  • Formación en: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Desarrollo de Software o carreras técnicas afines. (no excluyente)

  • Experiencia de: 5+ años de trayectoria sólida y práctica en el desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones nativas para la plataforma iOS.

  • Conocimiento o certificaciones: Dominio de marcos de trabajo ágiles (Scrum) operando como miembro activo de un Scrum Team, principios de interfaz de Apple (Human Interface Guidelines) y consumo avanzado de servicios RESTful.

  • Manejo de herramientas como: Swift 4 o superior, patrones arquitectónicos (MVC, MVP, MVVM), Google Firebase, Alamofire, Facebook SDK y sistemas de control de versiones distribuidos (Git en GitHub, Bitbucket o GitLab).

  • Nivel de inglés: Lectura y comprensión técnica.
