Technical Discovery & Solution Design
Lead technical discovery sessions with bank executives, risk officers, and IT leaders to uncover operational pain points.
Design end-to-end technical architectures that integrate with legacy core banking systems, payment gateways, and modern cloud platforms.
Ensure all proposed solutions comply with local and international financial regulations (e.g., data privacy, PCI-DSS, local central bank guidelines).
Proposals, RFPs, and Demos
Own the technical sections of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security questionnaires.
Deliver high-impact product presentations and customized software demonstrations to C-level banking stakeholders.
Plan, build, and execute tailored Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical workshops to prove solution value.
Objection Handling & Collaboration
Overcome technical, security, and integration objections raised by bank risk and compliance teams.
Partner with Account Executives to build winning account strategies.
Share market and product feedback from bank prospects with the internal product development and engineering teams.
