Role Mission
As an Account Manager, you will take a leadership role in managing and strategizing influencer, social media or marketing campaigns and activations, while also supervising and developing a team of Specialists. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide strategic insights and creative solutions to meet campaign briefs, working hand in hand with your team to shape brand strategy and drive continuous innovation. This role demands a seasoned, highly analytical and strategic professional with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital; and exceptional problem-solving and people-management abilities.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development: Receive briefs and work collaboratively with the client and your teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.
Team Supervision & Development: Supervise and support a team of Specialists, guiding their day-to-day work, supporting their professional growth through career plans and mentoring, and ensuring alignment with account objectives.
Brand Strategy & Innovation: Develop strategy jointly with your Specialists for each assigned brand, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, and driving innovation in processes and ways of working.
Campaign Performance Oversight: Supervise daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to maximize results.
Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of any issues during campaign execution, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach.
Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectives.
Legal and Financial Management: Oversee all legal and financial matters related to assigned brands, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Workflow Enhancement: Continuously identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the client and the agency.
Skills & experience
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in agency on digital or social marketing, with a proven track record of strategic campaign management and previous experience leading and developing teams.
Attributes: Strategic thinker, highly analytical, exceptional creativity, and strong leadership skills, with experience building career plans and mentoring team members, Strong attention to detail, Strong project management skills and ability to juggle between multiple tasks
Knowledge: Advanced social and advocacy knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends, and social ecosystem.
Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Languages: English full working proficiency (written and verbal)
