Диагностировать проблемы с использованием скриптов и базы знаний
Контролировать соблюдение SLA: отслеживать сроки регистрации, первичного ответа и решения обращений, приоритизировать заявки по уровню критичности
Анализировать категории запросов, выявлять причины инцидентов, предлагать меры по снижению количества обращений, а также актуализировать базу знаний и документацию
