Customer Operations Manager - Junior - Paris

Join Shine, a leading European fintech unicorn, as a Junior Customer Operations Manager in Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the customer strategy across Sales, Onboarding, Growth, and Retention. You will build and run customer campaigns, turn customer segments into executable pipelines, own the operational performance view, find where the funnel is breaking, drive continuous performance improvement, and operationalize new markets and motions. You should have hands-on experience in CRM, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or RevOps, be comfortable working in spreadsheets and BI tools, and communicate clearly in English.

Missions

• Construire et gérer des campagnes clients, en créant et en maintenant des campagnes de sensibilisation, des cadences d'appels et des séquences d'e-mails dans HubSpot.
• Transformer les segments de clients en pipelines exécutables, en traduisant les segments et les opportunités en listes d'appels propres, prioritaires et dédupliquées.
• Posséder la vue de performance opérationnelle, en maintenant les tableaux de bord et les rapports nécessaires pour chaque responsable d'équipe et chaque marché.
