  • Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term.
  • Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the targeted goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of products.
  • Responsible for managing, recruiting, training the business development team.
  • Regularly and business development staff visit the shops in the area, understand the actual situation.
  • Prepare reports on work results at the request of superiors.

  • At least 03 years of experience in Sales, experience specializing in connecting with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market.

  • Good management, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • High sense of responsibility at work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
