Marketing Executive - Marketplace

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Operations, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, generating insights for improvement.
• Support Shopee’s promotional events, online sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), and product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting for marketing activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and consumer behavior insights to refine marketing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with availability to start work full-time in 2026.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content creation.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and branding consistency.
• Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
