Senior Seller Management Projects Executive - Seller Management, Business Development

Drive Core Operational & Logistics Strategy (Speed):

• Diagnose structural bottlenecks across the end-to-end e-commerce value chain to optimize critical speed metrics, including Buyer Waiting Time (BWT) and D+x delivery performance.
• Design, implement, and iterate on scalable marketplace policies and operational processes by aligning diverse stakeholders (Sellers, Operations, and 3PL partners).

Shape Product Strategy & Execution (Product):

• Act as the strategic lead bridging business needs and product development.
• Build robust business cases to evaluate, prioritize, and secure resources for high-impact platform features.
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven rollout plans to ensure high user adoption and minimal operational friction.

Pilot Innovation & Ecosystem Growth (New Products & Partnerships):

• Identify, evaluate, and launch pioneering features and strategic external partnerships to unlock entirely new growth vectors (e.g., integrating telemedicine ecosystems to unlock niche sub-categories).
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new initiatives, from market research and commercial negotiation to pilot testing and localized scaling.

Execute High-Profile, Region-Led Projects (Regional Scaled Deployments):

• Serve as the local anchor for major initiatives driven by regional leadership, adapting overarching corporate strategies to local market nuances (e.g., OpenAI partnership)

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required; a Master in Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous
• Experience in e-commerce, fast-paced tech start-ups, management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity is a plus
• Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Result-oriented with bias for hands-on execution
• Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
