AI Solutions Architect

The Role

We're hiring a Solutions Architect to work embedded with our US clients as they onboard onto new platforms and tools. You'll join enterprise customers at the start of major engagements - typically for 2-4 weeks at a time - and make sure they get set up right from day one.

This is a high-trust, client-facing role. You're the person in the room (virtually) who can understand a client's existing architecture, ask the right questions, spot the risks early, and guide them confidently through technical setup. Part solutions architect, part technical PM, part trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical onboarding engagements with enterprise clients on US-based SaaS platforms
• Run discovery sessions to understand client architecture, workflows, and integration requirements
• Guide clients through initial setup, configuration, and first-project delivery
• Identify risks early and document the technical environment clearly
• Produce crisp handoff documentation at the close of each engagement
• Act as the bridge between client teams and Snapdrum's internal engineering resource
• You're a Great Fit If You
• Have 5+ years in a solutions architect, forward-deployed engineer, or technical PM role
• Can rapidly learn a new platform and communicate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Are confident running requirements-gathering sessions with senior enterprise clients
• Understand enterprise architecture patterns - APIs, cloud infrastructure, SSO/identity, data pipelines
• Write and speak English at a high professional level - you're representing Snapdrum directly with clients
• Can manage multiple short engagements and context-switch without dropping the ball

Salary

• Experienced (5-7 yrs): $3,000-$4,500/month
• Senior/Principal (8+ yrs): $4,500-$6,500/month

Salary: USD 2,500 - 6,500 / month
