Responsibilities:

  • Build the app that makes online shopping affordable for a billion Indians with no credit card required.
  • Collaborate with the design team to define and build new app features.
  • Explore, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
  • Write clean, well-tested Swift code covering edge cases, usability, and reliability.
  • Support the full app lifecycle from development through App Store release.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years building and shipping iOS applications (full-time, industry experience only; internships will not be counted).
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Architecture: Solid understanding of OOP concepts and MVVM.
  • Integration: Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON for backend connectivity.
  • Frameworks: Exposure to AVFoundation, Localization, and Cocoa frameworks: Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
  • Notifications and Messaging: Understanding of push notifications, local notifications, background services, and cloud messaging APIs.
  • Third-Party Tooling: Hands-on experience with SDKs, Payment Gateways, In-App Purchases, and third-party libraries/APIs.
  • Performance: Familiarity with performance tuning, threading, and offline storage.
  • Version Control: Working knowledge of Git.
  • Bonus Points: Experience creating and publishing an SDK/Framework.
