As Sales & Marketing Manager, Robotic Surgery your work will help hospitals adopt life-changing technology while driving sustainable business growth and better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Identify new business opportunities and high-potential healthcare accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and partnership agreements.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, surgeons, procurement teams, and KOLs.
• Deliver executive presentations demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial value.
• Execute local marketing initiatives aligned with regional strategy.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and lead the Robotic Surgery team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Knowledge of Egyptian healthcare procurement and tender processes
• Proven MedTech, Medical Devices, Surgical Robotics, Capital Equipment, Diagnostics or Healthcare Technology experience
• Experience leading product launches or cross-functional projects
• Strong B2B commercial, forecasting, budgeting and CRM experience
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
