We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to join our team and lead quality engineering initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define test strategies, planning, execution, and reviews
- Lead and improve test automation frameworks
- Review and develop automation scripts
- Manage CI and test execution
- Communicate test status with stakeholders
- Mentor and lead Quality Engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5–6+ years of industry experience
- Strong experience with Selenium and test automation
- Knowledge of performance testing and engineering
- Strong Java, OOP, and coding skills
- Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and Git
- Experience testing APIs and service-oriented architectures using Rest-Assured or SoapUI
- Strong understanding of Agile Software Testing and SDLC
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- ISTQB, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is an added advantage
