Team Structure
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in delivering high-quality HR within a professional services environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations across the employee lifecycle and the opportunity to learn from an experienced HR team.
Main Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination.
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including joiners, leavers and employee records.
- Assist with HR projects, data collation and preparation of reports.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation in HR systems.
- Handle basic HR queries and escalate matters appropriately.
Attributes/Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
